MONDO & COMPANY is committed to providing you with exceptional customer service and a clear user experience as you navigate our website.  

We appreciate your support and we strive to maintain fair working relationships with not only our artisans but also our customers.



We are delivering locally on Salt Spring Island at no additional costs. 

We are also providing curb side pickup at our shop.


Where Do We Ship?

We presently ship within Canada and soon will open shipping to our U.S. customers and then internationally.


How Much is Shipping?

We are offering a flat rate shipping of $20.00 during the holiday season throughout Canada.


When Can I Expect My Shipment to Arrive?

Your order will ship within 1 - 2 business days between Monday to Friday.

Orders placed on weekends and holidays will ship between 2 - 3 business days after placing your order.

B.C. and Alberta:  Your order should arrive 2-6 business days from shipment date to most addresses.

For other provinces within Canada:  Your order should arrive 5-10 business days after shipping. 

* Please be aware of possible shipping delays during the holiday season.


What Happens When Your Order is Shipped?

We will send you an email with the tracking information of your parcel within 24 hours. Just click on the link to take you to the carrier’s website to track the progress of your shipment.

Please note that it may take up to 72 hours for your tracking number to be activated.


Who Do We Ship With?

We currently ship via Canada Post unless otherwise specified for special circumstances or requests.


Urgent Orders:

If you have special circumstances or need an expedited shipment...please email us at [email protected] and we will try our best to accommodate your needs.


Redirecting an Order:

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when you place your order.  Sorry but we cannot redirect orders once they have been successfully dispatched.


Refusing an Order:

If you refuse any shipment, you are still responsible for the original shipping costs.  This amount will be subtracted from your refund.


Damaged Shipments:

We do our best to ensure that your order arrives as it was sent out. However, in the unlikely event that your package arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and contact us at [email protected]



You may return a regularly priced item for a refund or store credit or replace a damaged item. 

Returned items must be in new and saleable condition.

Items not eligible for returns are food items, opened personal care items, sale items, clearance items, discount items or earrings.

Please return items in its original condition within 30 days of purchase with original receipt.

If your item is damaged, we will replace or refund and if necessary pay for the return shipping.

If you want to return an item for reasons unrelated to the quality of the item, we will replace the item or issue a 100% refund but you must pay for the return shipping.

Shipping Exchanges:

All exchanges will be shipped out within 1 - 2 business days of receiving your returned item. Depending on where you live, shipping time can vary. We will send you shipment tracking information from Canada post when we ship your exchanged item.
